Despite bad weather, Motovun Film Festival is going on with its all-day screening schedule, although a bit changed. In case of rain during night screenings, the scheduled films will be shown indoors. La Pivellina, Solemn Oath and Valhalla Rising will be shown in Bauer Cinema, but not in the originally scheduled times. October will be shown on Friday at 12am in Bauer Cinema.

Tickets for night screnings will be on sale in the festival box ofice and on the cinema entrance!

After its big success at Pula and Karlovy Vary film festivals, the film of our artistic director Rajko Grlić, now honorably retired, will be shown in Motovun today! Due the great interest of the audience, the film will be screened outside regular schedule, tonight at 1.30am in Trg Theater! Admission is free! Motovun's treat!

 

All lovers of classical music will have their moment again! The Novi Sad-based pianist Branka Parlić is coming to Motovun again. She specializes in the music of one of the best- known modern composers, American Philip Glass. The concert will take place tonight at midnight behind Hotel Kaštel. Ticket: HRK 30.00!

After a breakfast with Julien Temple, we are moving on to A Quick Drink with the Author! From Monday to Friday, at 5.30pm, in the pleasant shade of Hotel Kaštel Terrace, we will be spending time with the authors of the films from the main program.

We are starting the program with a round table where our newly introduced Bauer Award will be disucssed. Bauer Award will be given for the first time in order to build bridges between cinematographies of former Yugoslavia and help the news about the best films travel even faster and across borders.
